6. Prohibited Activities

Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose is prohibited, as is automated software, bots, or scripts designed to gain an unfair advantage. Attempting to manipulate odds, exploit a technical vulnerability, or collude with other users can lead to account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent the applicable law allows, DK88 isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of data or interruption of service.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

DK88 may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user account at any time, including for suspected fraud, a breach of these terms, or prolonged inactivity. On closure, any remaining balance is returned minus applicable withdrawal fees, in line with our account closure rule described on the registration page.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Anjouan, under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. A dispute arising from these terms or from using the platform is first addressed through our internal complaints procedure via support; if no resolution follows, the matter falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Anjouan, as stated in this governing-law clause.
